Boeing Aircraft

Seating shown is fitted to majority of Virgin Blue's Boeing 737 aircraft.  Seating will differ on some 737 aircraft and on other aircraft types operated by Virgin Blue.

Embraer Aircraft

• 12 Premium Economy seats / 3 rows / 4 seats per row / 34+ inch (85+ cm) seat pitch^#  (Embraer 190) or 33+ inch (82.5 + cm) seat pitch (Embraer 170 )

Seating shown is fitted to majority of Virgin Blue's Embraer 170 aircraft.  Seating will differ on some Embraer 170, on the Embraer 190 aircraft and on other aircraft types operated by Virgin Blue.

Terms and Conditions

With the exception of Brisbane to Denpasar, Perth to Denpasar, Adelaide to Denpasar (and return), Premium Economy is not available on Pacific Blue or Polynesian Blue flights.  Seating will differ depending on aircraft type. The convertible seat and cocktail table is fitted to the majority of Virgin Blue’s Boeing 737 aircraft.  All seating on Embraer aircraft is two abreast, with additional leg-room for Premium Economy Guests.  Fares are subject to availability and product may not be available on all flights and routes.  For safety reasons, Premium Economy is not available to unaccompanied minors under the age of 15 years old.

# Live2air is available on the majority of Virgin Blue’s Boeing 737 aircraft.  Live2air is not available on Virgin Blue’s Embraer E170 and E190 aircraft.  The pay-per-view movie component of Live2air will only be available on selected routes over 2.5 hours duration.  All FOXTEL/AUSTAR Live2air programming schedules are subject to change. Neither Virgin Blue, Pacific Blue nor FOXTEL/AUSTAR are responsible for any interruptions to the service including, without limitation, those due to acts of nature, power failure, satellite signal failure or any other cause. On flights outside of Australian airspace limited or possibly no signal will be received. 

*Refunds attract a $30AUD administration fee.  Alternatively you can elect to receive a credit for the full value of the fare, valid for 12 months from the original booking date.
